Malaysian Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate court, tribunal or legal authority in Malaysia, subject to applicable legal procedures and consumer rights.
Severability
If any part of the Company’s policies is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, only the affected provision will be limited or removed.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply and remain effective.
Preservation of Rights
A failure or delay by PROTRADE HUB SDN. BHD. in exercising a right does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
The Company may continue to enforce its rights and policies where permitted under Malaysian law.

This Governing Law Policy must be read together with the Company’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
